Yes, your identity and all personal information will be kept private and confidential. Full privacy and confidentiality policies will be discussed with you during your first session.
Are Psychological Services Covered by OHIP?
No. Psychological services are NOT covered by OHIP. They are often covered (at least in part) by most extended health insurance plans. If you have insurance, I recommend you contact your insurance company to clarify the nature of your coverage.
Do you work with children or couples?
No, I do not work with children or couples. I am an adult clinical psychologist and work exclusively with adults between the ages if 18-65 by providing one-on-one individual therapy sessions.
What are your fees?
My fee is set within the recommended rate set by the Ontario Psychological Association. I offer free initial phone consultations and will discuss fees with you at that time. A fee will be agreed upon prior to beginning therapy.
How Long is Each Therapy Session?
The standard length for each session is 50 minutes.
How Many Sessions do I Need?
This varies depending on the individual. Length of treatment can vary from a single consultation to several years, depending on your goals. This is mutually determined and periodically reviewed as needed.
How Can I Book a Session?
Sessions are by appointment only. You may call 416-220-0771 or use the form on this page to book an appointment and/or schedule a free initial phone consultation.
